No Refunds

All purchases on MeetingMOM AI are final and non-refundable. Once a package is purchased, no refunds will be issued regardless of usage.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

MeetingMOM AI incurs real-time processing costs for every meeting — transcription, structuring, PDF generation, and email delivery. These costs are incurred immediately upon processing and cannot be reversed.

To ensure you're comfortable with the service before committing, we offer a free trial meeting (up to 60 minutes) so you can experience the full pipeline and output quality before purchasing a package.

Hours Roll Over

Unused hours from your package roll over indefinitely as long as your account remains active. Your hours never expire. You don't lose what you pay for — if you buy 45 hours and use 30 this month, the remaining 15 hours carry forward.

Account Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time. However, unused prepaid hours are not refundable upon cancellation. We recommend using your remaining hours before cancelling.

Service Issues

If a meeting fails to process due to a technical issue on our end (not due to poor audio quality, unsupported formats, or user error), we will credit the equivalent hours back to your account. This is not a monetary refund but a service credit.

To report a processing issue, contact us within 7 days of the failed meeting at support@meetingmomai.com with the meeting ID.

Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, contact us at billing@meetingmomai.com and we will investigate within 5 business days.
