Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MeetingMOM AI ("the Service"), operated by Shilpakar Tech LLP ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MeetingMOM AI is a meeting minutes generation service that records or accepts audio uploads of meetings, transcribes the audio, structures the content into professional Minutes of Meeting documents, and distributes them to attendees via email and PDF.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. One free trial meeting (up to 60 minutes) is provided per organization. You must verify your email address before using the Service.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on hourly packages as displayed on our pricing page. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Packages are prepaid. Unused hours roll over to subsequent months as long as your account remains active. Hours do not expire while your account is in good standing.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers. Price changes do not affect already-purchased hour packages.

5. Usage Limits

Each meeting recording is limited to a maximum of 60 minutes. Recordings are automatically stopped at the 60-minute mark. A warning is provided 5 minutes before the limit. You may record unlimited meetings subject to your package hours.

6. Your Content

You retain all rights to your audio recordings, transcripts, and generated MoM documents. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (transcription, structuring, PDF generation, email delivery).

You represent that you have the right to record the meetings you submit and that all participants are aware of the recording. You are responsible for compliance with applicable recording consent laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Record meetings without proper consent from participants
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the free trial
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent usage limits
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Use the Service to process audio containing content that violates applicable laws

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Processing times depend on audio length and system load. Typical delivery is within 15 minutes for meetings under 60 minutes. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party service providers.

9. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we use state-of-the-art transcription and structuring technology, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of transcripts or generated MoMs. The output should be reviewed by the user before being treated as an official record. We are not liable for decisions made based on inaccuracies in generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shilpakar Tech LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. Unused prepaid hours are not refundable upon termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
